Keep McMinn Beautiful

  A Keep America Beautiful Affiliate

Keep McMinn Beautiful’s mission is to provide our residents with environmental education and information to create a clean, litter-free community in which to live, work and raise our children. Keep McMinn Beautiful board members strive to educate and encourage McMinn County residents to take an active part in their community through recycling workshops, educational programs for adults and children as well as being an informational resource for all things green. We welcome new volunteers and are always looking for ways to partner with local businesses and industry.

Keep McMinn Beautiful's Programs

While COVID-19 has certainly hampered our outreach activities and organized litter cleanups, in the meantime we encourage you to continue recycling, picking up litter on your own (please wear gloves and mask, and limit groups to 6 or less), and finding ways to reduce, reuse and re-purpose old items you would previously have thrown away.  As they say, "Necessity is the mother of invention"!
